As one of aerospace distribution's most dynamic players, FDH manages thousands of customer quote requests every month — across multiple business units, sales teams, and product lines. The infrastructure underneath hadn't kept pace.
Each quote required inside sales teams to jump between their Inbox, ERP and parts marketplaces — manually pulling pricing, checking availability, sourcing, and assembling quote responses line by line in spreadsheets.
