Meet Our Team
Nelson Ray
CEO
Nelson, Co-Founder & CEO, launched his first company at 17 going through Techstars. Before attending Berkeley he spent a year working as chief of staff at Aurora Defense Group. Driven by first hand experience with frustrations of finding existing and new NSN opportunities, inefficient cross-department collaboration, and good solicitation opportunities slipping through the cracks he built SalesPatriot as a MVP at Aurora.
Benjamin Rhodes-Kropf
Chief Technology Officer
Ben, Co-Founder & CTO, started programming at the age of nine. Before starting SalesPatriot, he researched quantization techniques of LLMs at MIT’s Han Lab, and started his first company Trace. He also applied his AI skills to synthetic data research he pursued in collaboration with DARPA. Ben's grandfather and great grandfather were both Air Force pilots. He hopes to uphold their legacy by helping today’s defense efforts through SalesPatriot.
Maciej Szymczyk
Chief AI Officer
Maciej, Co-Founder & Chief AI Officer, has been developing AI applications for four years before coming to Berkeley on a full scholarship. He worked on the Human Brain Project, the biggest neurological research initiative in the world. Having seen first-hand the aftermath of Russia’s invasion on Ukraine, he directed his efforts at strengthening NATO’s military capabilities and giving the West the logistical prowess needed to stand up to Russia and China. Teaming up with Nelson and Ben, he uses his AI expertise to bring American manufacturing to the 21st century.
