S&K Aerospace and SalesPatriot Partner to Transform Sustainment Operations for U.S. and Allied Forces with AI

S&K, the tribally owned sustainment company supporting more than 100 partner nations and every U.S. military service, will deploy SalesPatriot’s AI across its MRO enterprise

SAN FRANCISCO & WARNER ROBINS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 15, 2026--SalesPatriot and S&K Aerospace, LLC today announced a partnership to accelerate the transformation of sustainment operations for the U.S. military and its allies. Together, the companies are deploying advanced agentic AI-powered solutions across S&K’s maintenance, repair and overhaul enterprise to deliver the parts and repairs that keep U.S. and partner-nation aircraft mission ready.

Every year, tens of thousands of parts and repair requirements from every U.S. military service and more than 100 partner nations flow through S&K’s operations in Warner Robins, Georgia, and behind each one is an aircraft waiting on a part. S&K manages more than $4 billion in assets on behalf of those customers. As the demands on the warfighter have grown, so has the need for innovation, not only in the hardware that flies but in the digital systems that get the right part to the right place in time. To meet that need, SalesPatriot and S&K have partnered to strengthen warfighter and allied readiness. Together, they are integrating demand signals and systems into one operating picture, automating the work between a requirement and a response, and giving S&K’s leadership real-time visibility across all of the programs they support.

S&K’s MRO business spans S&K Aerospace, S&K Logistics Services and S&K Federal Services and supports the F-15, KC-46, P-8A Poseidon, C-130 and the Army’s UH-60, AH-64 and CH-47 for the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Army and for allied air forces from the Pacific to the Gulf, along with the Defense Logistics Agency’s Maritime Acquisition Advancement Contract, the U.S. Army Repair and Return program, and allied-government requirements from NATO, Singapore, Brazil, Korea and Canada. The partnership comes as S&K’s role in allied sustainment grows: on September 16, the U.S. Air Force awarded S&K the $4.3 billion Parts and Repair Ordering System 7 contract to serve more than a hundred partner nations.

“Meeting today’s readiness demands requires both the experience we have built over twenty years and a smarter use of the data we already have. By integrating information across our enterprise and applying AI to the work between a requirement and an answer, our partnership with SalesPatriot is helping our people keep more aircraft available for the air forces and armies that depend on us,” said Anthony Amadeo, President of S&K Aerospace.

S&K is deploying SalesPatriot as the operating layer across its sustainment enterprise, managing the full lifecycle of a requirement from request to response. SalesPatriot’s AI system captures the demand signal agnostic of location or format and carries each requirement through to a response ready for submission, with S&K’s experts orchestrating the process at every decision along the way. SalesPatriot’s forward-deployed engineers are embedded with S&K’s teams in Warner Robins, deploying the system alongside the experts it serves and evolving it as S&K’s mission demands.

“S&K has spent two decades sustaining the aircraft that American and allied airpower depends on. By pairing their expertise with SalesPatriot’s AI-powered software, our partnership is unifying data across the enterprise to keep more aircraft available for the warfighter and more of S&K’s people on the problems that matter most,” said Nelson Ray, Co-Founder and CEO of SalesPatriot.
